We are proud to support Invisible Chips, a meaningful initiative created specifically for the UK hospitality industry.

Developed by Hospitality Action, Invisible Chips gives customers the option to add a small donation when ordering food and drink – helping provide vital support to hospitality workers facing hardship.

Hospitality Action has been supporting people within the industry for over 185 years, offering financial assistance to those experiencing poverty as well as those dealing with physical and mental health challenges. Since 2020 alone, the charity has awarded more than £4 million in grants to over 12,500 hospitality households across the UK.

In addition to financial support, Hospitality Action provides mental health services, including a 24-hour helpline, online advice and an Employee Assistance Programme supporting over 200,000 hospitality workers nationwide.

As part of this initiative, visitors to first direct bank arena can now choose to add Invisible Chips to their order within the venue. It’s a simple way for guests to give back to the very industry that helps create unforgettable live experiences.

By introducing Invisible Chips, the arena continues its commitment to supporting the wider community – including the people behind the scenes who make live events possible.
