Hear’Say and Liberty X announce Leeds date for Popstars: The Originals

Twenty-five years after Popstars changed the face of British pop, Hear’Say and Liberty X are joining forces for a huge arena tour, with the two iconic acts coming to first direct bank arena, Leeds on 2 May 2027.

The Popstars: The Originals tour will see Hear’Say and Liberty X perform together for the first time ever, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the groundbreaking TV talent show that launched both acts. The 13-date UK and Ireland arena tour will bring together two of the defining pop acts of the early 2000s for a night packed with nostalgia and some of the biggest hits of the era.

Hear’Say will reunite with original members Danny Foster, Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw and Noel Sullivan, while Liberty X return with their original line-up of Michelle Heaton, Jessica Taylor, Tony Lundon, Kevin Simm and Kelli Young.

Fans heading to first direct bank arena in Leeds can expect to hear some of the biggest hits from both groups, including Hear’Say’s chart-topping Pure and Simple and The Way To Your Love, alongside Liberty X favourites such as Just A Little, Thinking It Over, Got To Have Your Love and Being Nobody.

The tour will kick off in Dublin on 17 April 2027 before travelling across the UK and Ireland, with the Leeds date taking place at first direct bank arena on Sunday 2 May 2027.

Tickets for Hear’Say x Liberty X: Popstars: The Originals go on general sale at 9am on Friday 16 October.
