STANDING FLOOR RANDOM QUEING SYSTEM

To ensure a fair and comfortable experience for fans wishing to be the first to gain entry to the first direct bank arena standing floor for Louis Tomlinson, the artist’s team have requested that a randomly allocated wristband system will be in place for this show.

This process is for standing ticket holders only.

How will the Random Wristband Entry System work?

Arrive at the arena between 11:00 and 14:00 on the day of the show, Tuesday 28^th April 2026.

Wristbands will be given out in batches at random.

Once you have your wristband, we ask that you leave the area surrounding the venue and return between 16:30 and 17:30.

Upon your return to the arena, you will be asked to join a dedicated queue related to the number or colour on your wristband as guided by our dedicated venue team.

Doors open to the show at 18:00 for general admission.

Important Information

We ask that you do not arrive before 11:00.
Wristbands will be issued while availability lasts.
You must show your standing entry ticket before receiving your wristband
One wristband per person.
You can NOT collect a wristband on behalf of another person if they are not present with a valid standing floor ticket.
If you wish to be in the same queue position as your friends, we recommend arriving together to collect your randomly allocated wristband.
