Invisible Chips were created by Hospitality Action, they are the trade charity for the UK hospitality industry. They have supported hospitality people for over 185 years by providing financial support to those in poverty or those who are dealing with physical or mental health conditions.
Since 2020 they have awarded over £4m in grants to over 12,500 hospitality households across the UK.
They provide mental health support and signposting to the whole hospitality workforce via an online advice and 24 hour helpline and an Employee Assistance Programme which covers 200,000 hospitality workers.
